  Lyons recommended an installer, who made a mess out of my home/roof/gutters. First they did not install the chimney flashing correctly and the roof leaked. Their idea of fixing the chimney was to put tar around it. Finally after many threats and reminders that I had paid for flashing they came back out to fix chimney; then they said they would paint the ceiling, but they got paint all over my leather furniture and my new floors. The worst mistake they made was they cut all of the metal too short, resulting in all of the soffit rotting, and the gutters coming lose. Their installers would not come back to fix and would not return my calls. I called Lyons and sent pictures, asking them what could be done to fix the problem. Lyons agreed (in writing) that the installer did a terrible job, until they found out they had recommended him. Then no one from Llyons would return my calls or emails. Buyer beware this company does not care about their customer.
